Installing Ubuntu 13.04 on VirtualBox gives an internal error at the start

Installing 32-bit ubuntu with mostly defaults: Ubuntu Settings
Gives me the following error: Internal Error.
I am trying to look for some troubleshooting steps to find what is causing the error. Any Help would be appreciated
